To Resume Suspended Workflows

A workflow that has been approved may be suspended, but only by the same user that approved the workflow.

When a workflow is suspended, tasks for that workflow do not appear in the Work Exchange folders.

Follow these steps to resume a suspended workflow.

Open the suspended workflow for which you want to resume.
From the Workflow menu, select Resume.

The Workflow Status changes from "Suspended" to "Running".

Note: The Resume function is not currently connected to automatic email notifications. Users do not automatically receive an email notifying them that the workflow has been resumed.
